dunaway/WILLIAMS partnered with Peoples Construction to design a new 54,425 square foot large equipment showroom and service facility in Tallulah, Louisiana, for Goldman Equipment, the regional distributor for John Deere in eastern Louisiana. The program included a modern showroom, business offices, support spaces, and a full-service equipment repair and service center. With a project cost of approximately $14 million, the goal was to create a state-of-the-art facility that would showcase John Deere’s equipment while streamlining operations for staff and customers.
Our team designed a facility that balanced functionality with customer experience. The showroom highlights large-scale equipment in an inviting environment, while office and support spaces were planned for efficiency and workflow. The service and repair area was designed with advanced systems to handle the maintenance of John Deere’s heavy-duty equipment, ensuring long-term durability and safety. Collaboration with Peoples Construction ensured constructability, cost control, and a smooth delivery process.
